General Overview of Working with TDS
Some positions require more experience than others, but all potential employees must meet certain minimum qualifications in order to be considered for a job with us. We also offer all employees benefits. Below is a summary of these items.
Minimum Qualifications
All workers perform multiple tasks to ensure projects are completed. Other qualifications of all potential employees include:
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- ability to pass a background check when required by the job at hand
- willingness to travel for work as needed
- clean driving record, if you have a license
- ability to show up on time.

Total Demolition Services, Inc. has been in business for 22 years and we are seeking to hire several construction laborers. These individuals should be reliable, hardworking and be a team player. Starting pay is according to experience.
Skill set should include:
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and finish tasks in a timely manner.
- Good work ethic.
Must:
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and MVR.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel out of town, occasionally.

Total Demolition Services, Inc. is looking to hire several equipment operators. These individuals should be reliable, hardworking and be a team player. Starting pay is according to experience.
Skill set should include:
- 2-4 years of experience running skid steer loaders, excavators, and dozers.
- Experience loading trucks.
- Able to travel out of town for work.
- Good work ethic
Must:

Yard & Delivery
Total Demolition Services, Inc. has been in business for 22 years and we are seeking to hire a yard/delivery person. This individual should be reliable, hardworking and be a team player. Starting pay is according to experience.
This position must have a working knowledge of tools and equipment. This person will collect supplies, tools, and equipment for all the ongoing jobs. Check in all equipment on yard, inspect, and get ready for next job. Delivering supplies to jobsites around town sometimes is needed. Company has over 100 pieces of equipment, vehicles, trailers, and attachments that have designated spots on our yard.
Skill set should include:
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and finish tasks on a timely manner.
Must:

- Have reliable transportation.

Foreman
Total Demoliton Services, Inc. has been in business for 22 years and we are seeking to hire an experienced job site foreman. This individual should be reliable, hardworking and be a team leader.
Starting pay is according to experience.
Skill set should include:
- Demolition or construction foreman experience is a must.
- Must be able to read blueprints and understand job progression and efficiency.
- A foreman provides professional leadership skills and treats employees and clients with dignity and respect.
- Creates a safe, organized work environment that is productive, finishing jobs in a timely manner.
- Foreman must lead by example by being on time, following all safety and company policies.
